getting into school schedule- 30 day cleanse

this diet is going to be following a flexible weekly vegan diet as I have been a vegan since january of this year…though I was very strict with myself, I let myself have 2 weeks off from veganism and now want to go back more than anything because of how good I felt…so here is a set meal plan that will evolve as school gets into its deeper months

August 2-31 school starts on August 16

breakfast:7:15

1 cup soymilk

1 cup cherrios 

1/2 banana

1 cup of tea

break/snack:10:50

hair nails and skin vitamin& water

lunch:12:40

options:

veggie burger over salad 

chick peas with salad

hummus, crackers,veggies

fruit salad

snack:3:00

apple and green tea

!!!5pm run every night or yoga @ 630 on wednesdays and thursdays/ fridays (depending on plans)!!!!

dinner:6:00(on days with no yoga)

chocolate soy milk,nuts, and dried fruit
